Online Registration (OLR):

There are no set up fees, no bank charges, no merchant accounts and no fees to set up online registration for your organization. The only fee ever charged is a small processing fee for each registration. This processing fee is based on a sliding scale:

Tournament Manager:
Using the Tournament Manager component, you can instantly support online registration for your tournament. You can also post tournament schedule and game results online. For showcase tournaments, you can allow registering coaches to provide complete player information for your handbooks. |

Team Quota:
This is the number of teams you will be allowed to register in Team Manager. There is not hard limit and if you need additional teams this can easily be done. |

Disk Space:
This is the amount of disk space that you can use to store your club and teams' documents, reference material and photo albums. |

E-mail:
- Email is integrated into a NearPost powered web site. You'll have a branded email such as name@club.com. Sending, receiving, composing email - all is made simple by NearPost WebMail and will be able to do everything directly from your web site. You'll also be able to manage addressbook, setup folders and filter, and much much more.
- Outbound Email notifications sent to club staff and members when announcements, games and practices are created or updated.

Included Mailboxes:
These are actual mailboxes (i.e john.smith@fcdallas.com) that you will be able to use for any of your club members. They are setup as part of your web site. Each mailbox has 25 megabyte storage capacity. |

Web Hosting:
The monthly service fee includes hosting your NearPost web site in a Class-A data facility. These facilities include all the redundancies you would expect in a carrier-grade environment, including identity card and hand-scan biometric access, Liebert air, UPS, diesel generators, and diverse power and fiber entry. |

Setup Cost:
This one-time fee is required to setup and configure your NearPost site. |

Monthly Cost:
Discounts are available when payments are made annually. |
